Many thanks Elena - I think with a lot of these things it's worth distinguishing between seeing it as a philosophy for all development on the one hand, and a set of policies that may of may not be relevant in a given situation on the other. It's the former I am dubious about - I'll be posting a piece on 'regenerative tourism' in a week or 2 in that vein.
